We are seeking a highly organized, relationally and emotionally intelligent individual to join our team as a Studio Manager. This is a part-time, virtual position. This person will take ownership over our calendar, bring a deep attention to detail to the financials, manage new and existing client relationships, make business-savvy decisions, and work independently with the utmost professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITES:
Be the backbone of our calendar, including scheduling and coordinating photoshoots, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure that our books are in order, with a keen eye for detail, handling bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records, bill management, and generating reports.
Manage image licensing, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure compliance with copyright laws, ensuring confidential information is handled with the utmost discretion.
Manage the new and current client experience, by writing, sending, and following up on agreements, with excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
You are an individual with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
You possess expertise in bookkeeping and financial management.
You possess strong organizational and time management skills.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
You have a high level of proficiency with the Google Suites and Quickbooks, with an aptitude for learning additional softwares.
You are able to use your own equipment (cell phone and computer).
